• Manage full‑cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process vendor payments, customer invoicing, collections, and cash receipts.
• Assist with purchase orders, vendor and customer setup, and account administration.
• Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and month‑end close activities.
• Monitor daily cash activity and support banking functions.
• Process sales and use tax filings and related accounting entries.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy of accounting data.
• Use Quick Books on a daily basis.

• 3+ years of full‑charge bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month‑end close.
• Experience using Quick Books.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• An accounting degree or experience in manufacturing/industrial environments is a plus.
