About the Opportunity - Accounts Payable Specialist
We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily financial operations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor payments and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries

Qualifications
- Accounts Payable Specialist

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
