Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join a growing finance team in South Nashville. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation

Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data

Support payroll processing and expense reporting as needed

Generate financial reports and assist with data analysis

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience

Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Experience in a fast-paced business environment preferred
