My client, a booming organization in Nashville that has been in business for over 45 years, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team due to a promotion. This role will be mentored to transition into the Assistant Controller role. Enjoy the benefits of a stable, growing company with low turnover and excellent career growth. The role is hybrid (one day from home to start, then two days after the training period), with flexible start times in the 100 Oaks area of Nashville.

The salary is up to $110,000 base plus bonus. Permanent direct hire.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

• The Senior Accountant will lead monthly close and end-to-end GL ownership for multiple locations and corporate financials
• Prepare monthly and year-end financials for individual owners and executive team
• Partner with location managers and clerical staff to resolve billing, coding, and commission questions
• Support annual budgeting and cash projections, ensuring accuracy and integrity across multiple entities
• Serve as the Manager's right hand, building towards full Assistant Controller capability

Requirements for the Senior Accountant Role:

• 4+ years of accounting experience, with the majority in private company environments
• CPA license or active CPA track (education complete/actively pursuing exam)
• Demonstrated ownership of full GL/month-end close
• Ability to work hybrid in the 100 Oaks area of Nashville
