• This role provides strategic leadership for accounting operations, financial reporting, governance, compliance, and accounting policy execution across North America. This leader is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining compliance with U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements, overseeing accounting operations, and leading financial analysis that supports executive decision‑making.
• The role partners with senior business leaders, auditors, regulators, tax professionals, and finance stakeholders to ensure financial integrity while developing talent and driving continuous improvement across accounting processes. The position requires a strong combination of technical accounting expertise, business acumen, strategic thinking, and people leadership.

• Lead all North America financial accounting activities, including general ledger governance, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant internal and external financial reporting.
• Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
• Direct accounting strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes‑Oxley Section 404 requirements.
• Maintain strong internal controls and reporting governance frameworks.
• Partner with internal and external auditors on audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance initiatives.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures aligned with corporate objectives.
