Motive seeks a Lead Accountant in the United States to oversee month-end and quarter-end close, including accruals, inventory, intercompany transactions, and consolidations. This role reports to the Director of Accounting and drives improvements across the close process.
You will support audits, treasury activities, and ad hoc analyses, collaborating with Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and other teams to strengthen Motive’s accounting operations as the business grows.
