We are hiring a finance professional to manage US accounting in Quick Books Online, support tax preparation, and coordinate with our US CPA. The role requires accurate bookkeeping, timely reporting, and clear communication across teams.
Key responsibilities- Maintain books of accounts in Quick Books Online.
- Record and review transactions, invoices, bills, and journal entries.
- Manage bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support the month-end close.
- Compile schedules and supporting documents for US tax preparation and filings.
- Coordinate with the CPA to resolve accounting and tax queries, provide requested records, and track deadlines.
- Identify discrepancies and follow through on corrections.
- 3-5 years of experience in US accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Quick Books Online.
- Working knowledge of US accounting and tax preparation processes.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and spoken English for coordination with the US CPA and internal team.
