- Prepare and post monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Analyze financial data and investigate account variances.
- Back up to Accounts Payable when needed (Netsuite)
- Prepare financial reports and support management reporting initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and company accounting policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
What we need from you:
- Minimum of 2+ years of corporate accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred OR equivalent experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel (X/VLOOKUP)
- Familiarity working on ERP systems such as Great Plains, Netsuite, Oracle, or similar platforms
