Grow On, an Executive Coaching, Leadership and Training Company is seeking a proactive, detail-driven, and creative Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support the owners with daily operations, marketing coordination, and personal task management. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, love variety, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
You’ll help manage projects, streamline systems, support marketing initiatives, and keep the leadership team focused on high-impact work. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow and contribute to a mission-driven leadership and training brand.
Location: Must live within 30 minutes of ZIP code 37221
Set Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Hours:
12 PM to 4 PM CST - Part-Time | Hybrid
Compensation
- $20 to $25 per hour (depending on experience)
Core Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and priority workflows for the owners.
- Maintain organized and accessible Google Drive folders/files.
- Draft emails, manage inboxes, and prioritize key communications.
- Support travel planning and expense tracking.
- Maintain checklists, workflows, and recurring task systems/SOPs.
- Assist with personal tasks or travel logistics as needed.
- Anticipate needs, exercise independent judgment, and take initiative to resolve issues before they arise.
2. Linked In & Marketing Support
- Assist with scheduling, posting, and engagement on Linked In.
- Coordinate ongoing marketing tasks, campaigns, and brand updates.
- Support with Canva graphics, light copywriting, and content editing.
- Track marketing metrics, deadlines, and workflows in task-management software.
- Assist with Kajabi updates, course setup, and event pages.
- Execute online event promotion, engagement, and posting (systems provided).
3. Speaking Engagements & Event Coordination
- Research and secure speaking engagements or event opportunities.
- Manage travel logistics: flights, hotels, itineraries, and conference schedules.
- Handle pre-event confirmations and post-event follow-ups.
- Promote upcoming events on Fun2
Grow On platforms. - Make decisions confidently within established guidelines and take initiative to ensure successful event outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
. - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy, resourceful, and fast-learning.
- Experience required:
Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Kajabi, Linked In, task/project management tools (Click Up, Asana, or similar), and AI tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly, etc.). - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident contributor with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Thrives in a mix of structured routines and fast-moving priorities.
- Comfortable working with multiple generations (millennia ls + older professionals).
- Willing to learn new systems and tools.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Administrative and project coordination experience.
- Marketing or content creation background (social media, Canva, Kajabi, Chat GPT, light writing).
- Experience managing tasks, deadlines, workflows, or operations.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Proven ability to make sound decisions and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
