Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Clerk position located in Nashville, TN. The Front Desk Clerk will handle daily receptionist duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting with customer inquiries to ensure a welcoming and organized front office environment. Responsibilities include managing clerical tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service to customers, clients, or guests. This role is integral to creating a positive first impression for the organization.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including handling multi-line phone systems and greeting guests professionally.
  • Strong Clerical Skills, such as data entry, organizing records, and maintaining office supplies and documentation.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office is preferred.
