The Executive Assistant provides problem-solving skills and experienced support to our Executive Team. He/she supports our executives in a variety of administrative tasks.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job)
- Create Expense Reports.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- File correspondence and other records.
- Distribute and/or mail correspondence or other printed materials.
- Arrange travel schedules and reservations.
- Assist with arrangements for sales outings.
- Schedule, plan, and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain and coordinate team member’s calendars.
- Arrange meeting facilities & coordinate schedules for company meetings outside the office.
- Set up weekly reminders on team member’s calendars for repetitive items.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma, GED or high school equivalence certificate.
- 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a construction environment.
- Ability to read & speak English.
- Ability to write in a business professional manner.
- Ability to read & interpret construction documents, general business periodicals, technical procedures.
- Ability to organize & present information.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Preferably, a Notary Public Commission.
