Position:
Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location:
Brugada Kitchen & Bar – Downtown Nashville
Brugada Kitchen & Bar is a chef-driven restaurant and private events venue in downtown Nashville. We operate with precision, speed, and high standards. This role is not clerical support — it is operational support. We need someone who thinks ahead, spots gaps before they become problems, and takes ownership without waiting for instructions.
We are hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant who brings enterprise-level attention to detail and a proactive mindset. If you need to be told what to do step-by-step, this will not be the right fit. We are looking for someone who sees what needs to get done and executes.
Core Responsibilities:Digital & Marketing Execution
- Weekly Word Press updates (content edits, landing pages, event updates)
- Ongoing SEO optimization and weekly blog publishing
- Manage advertising coordination with our 3rd-party agency
- Conduct weekly vendor check-ins:
- JBL (social ads, Google Ads, website maintenance)
- Open Table (review monitoring and professional response management)
- Track performance metrics and ensure accountability from agencies
- Maintain and update Google Sheets daily operations dashboard
- Input and verify Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and labor data
- Ensure reporting is fully updated weekly (no delays)
- Identify inconsistencies in data and flag them immediately
- Keep internal documents organized and audit-ready
- Oversee menu updates, promo materials, and outdoor signage
- Coordinate printing vendors and ensure brand consistency
- Review materials carefully before production — no errors
- Manage ongoing vendor relationships
- Proactively source and initiate partnerships within Nashville
- Cold outreach to local businesses for collaborations
- Track partnership performance and follow up consistently
- Manage private dining inquiries and booking setup
- Coordinate logistics for larger parties and events
- Communicate clearly with management and vendors
- Ensure event execution is organized and detail-driven
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, forward-thinking mindset
- Strong organization and execution skills
- Word Press experience (required)
- Comfort with Google Sheets and data accuracy
- Professional written communication
- Confidence managing vendors and agencies
- Ability to anticipate needs before being directed
- Event coordination experience preferred
This is a role for someone who operates like an owner, not an assistant.
Schedule- Part-time
- Monday through Wednesday
- Approx. 15–25 hours per week
- Reporting and updates must be completed within those working days
If you thrive in structured environments, take pride in precision, and think three steps ahead, this is a strong opportunity. If you prefer being given constant direction, this will not be the right fit.
