Position:
Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location:
Brugada Kitchen & Bar – Downtown Nashville
Brugada Kitchen & Bar is a chef-driven restaurant and private events venue in downtown Nashville. We operate with precision, speed, and high standards. This role is not clerical support — it is operational support. We need someone who thinks ahead, spots gaps before they become problems, and takes ownership without waiting for instructions.
We are hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant who brings enterprise-level attention to detail and a proactive mindset. If you need to be told what to do step‑by‑step, this will not be the right fit. We are looking for someone who sees what needs to get done and executes.

This is a role for someone who operates like an owner, not an assistant.
Schedule- Part‑time
- Monday through Wednesday
- Approx. 15–25 hours per week

If you thrive in structured environments, take pride in precision, and think three steps ahead, this is a strong opportunity. If you prefer being given constant direction, this will not be the right fit.
