* Responsible for creating Purchase Orders from quotes (verifying GL account, routing for proper approvals/signatures, tracking to budget)
* Review Purchase Orders and supporting documentation; verify they match Purchase Requests, adhere to contracts and are properly invoiced
* Email Purchase Orders to vendors as needed
* Assist Territory Managers and Project Managers with procurement and project close out
* Ensure proper distribution of invoicing is occurring, GL coding is correct and payments are processed in a timely manner.
* Work with with Territory Service Managers, Project Manager, Vendors and Suppliers to ensure timely payment of invoices and troubleshoot errors/issues as they occur
* Review vendor Statements
* Support capital projects financial approvals, review AFE invoices and pulling budget reports
* Closing AFEs/Projects – searching for last invoice date and sending to Asset Team.
* Pulling asset reports for capital projects
* Assist team and other departments in the accruals process Quarterly
* Support cost saving initiatives within the Facilities Maintenance team
* Interact with departments within the organization to resolve procurement related issues
* Set up new vendors as needed
