A partner of Insight Global is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to provide administrative, human resources, recruiting, and operational support services. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who is comfortable supporting a fast-paced field services organization and managing multiple priorities with discretion and accuracy.

This person will provide support in the following areas:

Travel & Logistics Coordination
  • Coordinate and book domestic travel (airfare, hotel accommodations, rental vehicles) in alignment with travel guidelines
  • Manage travel changes, cancellations, and communications
HR & Onboarding Support
  • Assist with event and conference logistics, registrations, and coordination
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation for new employees and contractors
  • Send, track, and maintain required onboarding forms and agreements
  • Facilitate background application forms via Docu Sign
  • Maintain organized and secure digital employee and contractor records
Recruitment Support
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Track applicant status and maintain recruitment documentation
  • Support general recruiting-related administrative functions
Payroll & Financial Administration
  • Perform payroll-related data entry accurately and timely
  • Assist with invoice preparation, tracking, and documentation

    Review and route expense submissions for approval in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
Client & Administrative Support
  • Conduct lead follow-up communications with prospective clients
  • Complete data entry for contracts, internal forms, and operational documentation
  • Maintain accuracy across company systems and records
  • Provide general administrative and operational coordination support as requested
Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, administrative operations, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Docu Sign or comparable electronic signature platforms
  • Familiarity with payroll data entry and invoicing processes preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Compensation

$17/hr to $20/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
