Job Description
A partner of Insight Global is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to provide administrative, human resources, recruiting, and operational support services. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who is comfortable supporting a fast-paced field services organization and managing multiple priorities with discretion and accuracy.
This person will provide support in the following areas:
Travel & Logistics Coordination- Coordinate and book domestic travel (airfare, hotel accommodations, rental vehicles) in alignment with travel guidelines
- Manage travel changes, cancellations, and communications
- Assist with event and conference logistics, registrations, and coordination
- Coordinate onboarding documentation for new employees and contractors
- Send, track, and maintain required onboarding forms and agreements
- Facilitate background application forms via Docu Sign
- Maintain organized and secure digital employee and contractor records
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
- Conduct initial applicant screening interviews
- Track applicant status and maintain recruitment documentation
- Support general recruiting-related administrative functions
- Perform payroll-related data entry accurately and timely>
- Assist with invoice preparation, tracking, and documentation
- Review and route expense submissions for approval in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
- Conduct lead follow-up communications with prospective clients
- Complete data entry for contracts, internal forms, and operational documentation
- Maintain accuracy across company systems and records
- Provide general administrative and operational coordination support as requested

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, administrative operations, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Docu Sign or comparable electronic signature platforms
- Familiarity with payroll data entry and invoicing processes preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
