The DPS Administrative Specialist will process sales orders to accurately invoice the customer in a timely manner, with a high level of attention to detail, while ensuring all policies and procedures are always adhered to. In addition to the invoicing responsibilities, this role will assist DPS Customer Service Representatives and other administrative teams as needed with data entry, order updates, etc.

- Time management of multiple responsibilities.
- Process all sales orders in a timely manner.
- Set up new customer accounts as needed.
- Effectively communicate with internal team members.
- Be flexible to work in multiple areas of DPS.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, IT software, etc.
Physical DemandsOccasionally lifting boxes up to 20lbs
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkFull time/8 hours a day plus overtime as needed

RequiredEducation and Experience
High school diploma

2 years of administrative experience
