About the Role

A premier Nashville construction company is seeking a professional, welcoming Front Desk Receptionist for a contract-to-hire opportunity to manage front office operations. In this role you will blend exceptional customer service with sharp organizational skills to greet guests, manage multi-line phones, and streamline daily administrative tasks. Salary: $19.95 - $20 per hour.

Shift: First.

Work hours:

7:30 AM - 4 PM.

Education:

High School.

Responsibilities
  • Answering and directing phone calls promptly and courteously using a multi-line system.
  • Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the office, directing them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
  • Managing visitor sign‑in/out procedures and maintaining security awareness.
  • Assisting with appointment scheduling, conference room reservations, and communication with external vendors to track compliance documentation and ensure updated vendor and equipment insurance records are on file.
  • Maintaining and stocking the kitchen/breakroom area with supplies, coffee, and snacks, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries.
  • Performing general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry into online computer systems.
