Position Overview
Provide senior executive support for AVP, VP, or Executive leaders at Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI). Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling confidential correspondence, and supporting executive-level projects and events.
Responsibilities- Maintain strict confidentiality in all activities.
- Provide proactive support to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Perform special projects as requested by executive leaders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Organize departmental events, including All‑Hands meetings and conference participation.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding of support staff.
- Manage and update document libraries, SharePoint, and other administrative resources.
- Prepare and review executive schedules, agendas, and task lists.
- Handle expense reporting using SAP Concur.
- Submit and track Service Now and eSAF tickets.
- Support contract documentation via Conga and maintain compliance records.
- Manage IT tickets and resolve issues related to executive workstations.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including video conferencing and conference center reservations.
- Maintain executive presentations and assist with proofreading and editing of manuscripts.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
- Minimum 3 years of executive support experience, including MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe, and Concur.
- Proven ability to handle complex administrative duties and manage executive schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and presentation software.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with organizational policies and procedures, expense reporting, and financial reconciliations.
