Administrative Services Assistant 2
The Tennessee Department of Health’s Division of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases and Immunization Program is hiring an Administrative Services Assistant 2 to provide support for the Administrative Support team.
This position is in the Administrative Services Assistant job class.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support for the Registration team and reporting directly to the ASA 4.
- Working closely with the Admin Support Staff to offer admin support to the Program
- Coordinating administrative work related to the program including mailings, phone calls, organizing, preparing reports and any special projects within the team in a timely manner.
- Creating written publications, newsletters and supporting graphics for the program.
