Administrative Coordinator
Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to support membership operations, communications, and administrative functions. This part-time opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with people, managing data, and providing exceptional service in a collaborative environment. This assignment is scheduled for approximately 24 hours per week from September through December, with the potential for extension into 2027.
Key Responsibilities – Temporary Member Services Coordinator- Process membership applications, account updates, and company roster changes.
- Generate membership invoices and process member payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update member records within a CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Support data cleanup initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare reports, meeting materials, and departmental documentation.
- Coordinate scheduling, calendar management, and logistics for meetings and events.
- Monitor and respond to membership inquiries through shared communication channels.
- Assist with member communications, including updates, renewals, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain current information on member-facing platforms regarding events and organizational news.
- Support event operations, including registrations, RSVP tracking, attendee lists, name badges, and onsite logistics.
- Provide administrative and operational support for special projects and peak activity periods.
- 2-4 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, membership services, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business technology tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM platforms preferred.
- Strong customer service mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Event coordination or membership association experience preferred.
