We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee
. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining critical data within our company systems. This role is vital for supporting our sales, logistics, and customer service operations by ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our databases, including product specifications, customer details, and order information.
  • Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies, making corrections as necessary to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain and update existing database records to reflect the most current information.
  • Generate routine reports and perform data analysis as requested by management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve data-related queries and ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive company and customer information.
  • Assist with other administrative and data-focused tasks as required.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Proven experience in a data entry, data clerk, or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high levels of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a collaborative member of a team.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further qualifications in administration or IT are considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is highly desirable.
