As a Receptionist, you'll be the heart of our workplace, creating memorable first impressions and delivering exceptional experiences for clients, guests, and employees every day. Beyond traditional reception duties, you'll act as a trusted resource for way finding, service coordination, and workplace support, proactively anticipating needs and offering creative solutions. What

your day‑to‑day will look like:
  • Welcome and assist all guests, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalism, providing office orientations, way finding support, and directions to meeting spaces and amenities
  • Serve as the central point of contact for inquiries related to campus services, activities, building functions, and workplace resources
  • Manage visitor check‑in processes, issue badges, maintain registration systems, and coordinate vendor access in compliance with security protocols
  • Monitor and maintain an immaculate, organized front desk and lobby area that reflects brand standards and creates an inviting atmosphere
  • Handle multi‑line phone systems professionally, directing calls appropriately, maintaining updated contact lists, and prioritizing in‑person visitors
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prepare for meetings and events, proactively communicating needs and addressing concerns before they arise
  • Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security needs through appropriate systems, tracking requests to ensure timely resolution
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or client‑facing reception roles
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a naturally friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong multitasking abilities and efficient time management skills in fast‑paced environments
  • Proactive problem‑solving mindset with ability to anticipate needs and offer creative solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn workplace management systems
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering superior customer service and creating welcoming experiences
Preferred qualifications:
  • Previous experience in corporate reception, hospitality services, or commercial real estate environments
  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or similar workplace platforms
  • Experience coordinating meeting and event logistics in a professional setting
  • Background in security protocols, visitor management, or risk identification
  • Track record of contributing service improvement ideas and workplace experience enhancements

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
