• Filing and organizing, printing, copying, scanning, etc.
• Greet and assist faculty, staff, students, and guests with general questions about CLASS and Belmont University broadly.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the office reception area, workrooms, and storage rooms.
• Assist with organization, inventory, and stocking of office supplies for faculty and staff.
• Sort mail into appropriate faculty mailboxes and assist in mail delivery.
• Be prepared to assist with various tasks related to the support of CLASS faculty, staff, and students.

Position is mostly sitting at a front desk or in the workroom. May require lifting items up to 30 lbs.

• MUST qualify for Federal Work Study to be considered
• Must possess a professional & positive demeanor, while having good social etiquette
• Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Must be self-motivated and exhibit excellent communicaition skills
• Must have a willingness to learn new skills

Required Education Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University.
