Our client is a growing organization with a small corporate office and collaborative team environment. They are adding an Office Administrator to provide additional administrative support and help keep day-to-day office operations organized and running smoothly.
The Office Administrator will provide hands-on administrative support across the corporate office, assisting with daily office needs, vendor communication, documentation, employee-related tasks, and special projects. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and able to jump in wherever support is needed.
Key responsibilities include managing routine administrative tasks, monitoring and sending email reminders, coordinating office-related errands, maintaining organized filing systems, purchasing and distributing gift cards, communicating with vendors, providing administrative assistance related to new location and store openings, tracking payroll checks, collecting and maintaining vendor documentation, assisting other departments with administrative projects, and ensuring important documents and office resources are kept current and accessible.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of office administration experience, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Adobe applications, comfortable learning and using internal communication platforms, strong organizational skills, professional and friendly communication style, ability to work independently and support a small team, comfortable managing multiple tasks, reliable and proactive, and ability to interact professionally with vendors, employees, and external contacts.
