Healthcare Realty (NYSE: HR) is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist / HR Assistant to join our Corporate Office in Nashville. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and guests while also providing administrative support to the Human Resources team. This is a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and route incoming phone calls and take messages as needed Manage incoming email correspondence and direct inquiries appropriately Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks Provide support for Human Resources projects and day-to-day activities Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a positive visitor experience Assist with mailroom duties Assist with other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned
QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree required Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, or clerical experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
