Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant (Finance) in New York, NY to support senior finance leadership and executive operations within a growing investment management firm. This highly visible position is ideal for an organized and proactive professional with experience in financial services environments who can manage executive-level responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide executive support to the Chief Financial Officer and finance leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting.
- Organize internal and external meetings while managing executive schedules and competing priorities.
- Assist with office administration, visitor coordination, meeting arrangements, and daily operational requirements.
- Support firmwide projects, executive events, investor meetings, and special initiatives.
- Prepare professional correspondence and manage confidential executive information.
- Serve as a communication point between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with executive assistants and provide support for shared administrative responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Executive-level administrative support.
- Financial services and investment management environments.
- Calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
- Confidential document handling and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Previous experience in financial services, investment management, private equity, hedge funds, or asset management is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience with calendar management, travel coordination, executive support, and office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
