Administrative Specialist; Part-Time

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Specialist for a company based in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and compliance support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily plant activities.

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.

Schedule varies, Monday and Tuesday required (30 hours weekly or less).

• Serve as a key resource for plant leadership and employees, supporting documentation, scheduling, reporting, communication, and GMP/operational compliance initiatives across the facility.
• Manage daily plant office operations, including document control, filing systems, supply ordering, and visitor coordination.
• Support production teams by preparing and distributing operational documents, logs, and communication materials.
• Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and coordination of payroll-related information.
• Maintain and update GMP, safety, and operational documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all training records, certifications, and compliance documents are current and accurately maintained.
• Coordinate plant-wide communications, announcements, and updates.

• 2+ years of administrative, operations support, or office coordination experience (manufacturing or distribution environment preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with GMP, food safety, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, temporary-to-hire.
