Job Duties
  • Provide our guest with body repair estimates utilizing CCC One estimating software with detailed and accurate repair plans as supported by the vehicle manufacture repair statements.
  • Report findings to the guest and their insurance company on what repairs will need to be performed and gain approval to move forward.
  • Schedule in repairs with balanced shop load through CCC One.
  • Greet guest at time of drop off for repairs and go back over the initial estimate at the vehicle.
  • Perform walk around with the customer to identify and other persisting damages and offer to provide an estimate to have repaired.
  • Before guest leaves, establish an agreed upon follow up plan to keep them informed on the repair status.
  • Create a repair plan utilizing CCC One and update with notes and status changes daily.
  • Work with techs to inspect and estimate all additional repairs needed and communicate information promptly to claims adjuster for approval.
  • Prepare and reconcile billing throughout the repair process to include tech labor, parts price accuracy, sublet and paint and materials.
  • Perform final inspection when repairs are completed to ensure everything is completed and ready for the customer to pick up.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience.
