Nashville Toyota North in Nashville, TN is looking to hire a full-time Auto Service Advisor to ensure our customers receive prompt and courteous service. This customer service position earns a competitive salary of $65,000 - $120,000/year

As an Auto Service Advisor with our car dealership, you're responsible for ensuring our customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. In a friendly and professional manner, you greet each customer the moment they walk through our door. You conduct a thorough inspection of their vehicle and provide advice regarding any mechanical problems you spot. In accordance with manufacturer specifications, you advise customers on how to care for their vehicles and why maintaining their vehicles is important.

In addition, you provide customers with constant updates concerning changes in price estimations, time frames, and other changes. You also relay details of the work performed and amounts due as well as conduct follow-up with customers regarding questionnaires. Whenever customers come to you with questions or concerns, you're quick to respond or seek out someone else who has the correct answers. You enjoy having a job that uses your customer service skills to help others, which is why you thrive in this position!

• Thorough knowledge of vehicle repair work
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures or government regulations
