The Logistics Associate position is located at our North American Headquarters in the AT&T (Batman) Building in downtown Nashville, TN. Enjoy a collaborative work environment from Nashville’s most iconic building featuring company‑paid on‑site parking, a cafe, gym, dry‑cleaning services, and more.

PositionLogistics Associate
Reports ToManager, Supply Chain Team
OverviewCoordinate the fulfilment of assigned customer orders and maintain an appropriate stock level at the distribution centers. Work with Global HQ and field sales employees to ensure incoming order volumes are adequate to fulfil any fluctuations in the customer’s forecast and/or plan.
Responsibilities- Check and monitor customer’s order release data to ensure orders will be filled on time for all business partners.
- Work with carriers to ensure JIT deliveries are made on time and resolve any out‑of‑line situations.
- Work with the Supply Chain manager to adequately resolve all issues with customers.
- Participate in the development of the PSI (Purchasing Sales Inventory) process.
- Report any out‑of‑line situations to the supply chain manager.
- Complete all tasks and assignments as directed by Management.

- A bachelor's degree required or equivalent related experience.
- A bachelor's degree relevant to Business Administration and Supply Chain Management preferred.
- 0 – 4 years of experience in supply chain operations preferred.
- Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook required.
- Prior experience working with 3PLs (Third Party Logistics Providers) required.
- Familiarity with ERP System (SAP), Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.
- Some overnight travel, including weekends required.
