Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. This entry‑level role is for someone motivated, competitive, and eager to break into staffing sales. The Business Development Representative opportunity offers a base salary, competitive commission structure, and health benefits, PTO, and 401(k).

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential client companies.
  • Generate new business leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and Linked In outreach, qualifying prospects by understanding their hiring needs, timelines, and budget.
  • Serve as the first point of contact between the company and potential clients.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders at prospective companies, nurturing long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure all client information, contracts, and communications are documented properly while accurately maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Follow internal compliance procedures.
  • Partner with the recruiting team to ensure client requirements are communicated clearly, aligning on client needs and candidate profiles.
  • Meet or exceed all assigned performance metrics and activity requirements as set by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, recruiting, or corporate Accounting/Finance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competitive mindset with resilience in overcoming objections.
  • Reliable, highly organized, and attentive to detail.
