About the RoleWe’re hiring a Business Operations & Strategy Associate, a versatile early-career professional ready to work across operations, customer success, sales enablement, business development, KPI tracking, and AI-powered process improvement.
You’ll use AI tools, analyze data, and take on projects that accelerate growth and improve efficiency. Every week will look different, but the goal is simple: make the business better every day.
What You’ll DoApply AI tools to analyze data, optimize workflows, and improve execution
Support customer success by identifying improvements in experience and retention
Partner with sales/business development to create materials, streamline processes, and support deals
Define and track KPIs with clear dashboards and insights
Lead special projects that improve operational efficiency
Candidate Profile1–3 years of experience (consulting, operations, business development, analytics, or similar fast-paced roles)
Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Math, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or similar—or proven critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with numbers and metrics (Excel, Sheets, dashboards)
Quick learner, adaptable, curious about AI, and thrives in a fast-paced startup
