Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development efforts by cultivating long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and actively engaging in community and professional networks.
  • Lead proposal strategy, including RFP/RFQ responses, fee estimates, contracts, and collaboration with Marketing and Business Development teams.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction throughout project delivery.
  • Oversee project execution—including work plans, schedules, team assignments, bid documents, construction administration, and QA/QC coordination.
  • Manage financial performance across projects and the office, including profitability, utilization, AR, and adherence to internal processes and performance goals.
Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of architectural experience, including 5+ years managing complex projects and multi-project accounts;
    Registered Architect preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, client retention, and leading strategic growth efforts within the AEC industry.
  • Strong operational leadership capabilities, including project management, contract development, scope control, and risk management.
  • Proficiency with architectural technology and delivery tools such as Revit, Creative Cloud, 3D modeling platforms, Microsoft Office, and project management systems.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
