We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to support product development and sourcing for a growing consumer brand. This role is highly hands‑on and partners closely with brand, sales, design, and operations teams to support products from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support product development initiatives, including maintaining timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring key calendar dates are met
  • Communicate directly with domestic and international suppliers regarding product specifications, costs, and production details
  • Prepare and maintain accurate product specifications, development notes, and changes throughout the lifecycle
  • Collect raw material and finished goods quotes and assist with pricing and margin analysis
  • Coordinate product sampling, including prototypes, pre‑production, and production samples
  • Review samples against specifications and provide detailed feedback
  • Assist with item setup, BOMs, costing, and purchase order accuracy within ERP systems
  • Partner with design teams to finalize packaging, labeling, and compliance artwork
  • Maintain organized sample libraries and development documentation
  • Update development tracking tools, reports, and model lines to ensure data accuracy
  • Support additional projects as needed within product and operations teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field preferred
  • 1–3+ years of experience in product development, product coordination, sourcing, or related roles
  • Experience working with vendors or manufacturers, preferably within consumer goods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and ERP systems (Net Suite or similar a plus)
