Summary/Objectives
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives while attaining team quotas set with acceptable profitability. They will assist with the sales process and use competitive strategies within accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, team management, and exceeding revenue goals.

- Establishing strategies and working with sales personnel.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Establishing high level contacts with competitive accounts.
- Developing a team to produce to their maximum possible.
- Allowing for individual differences but developing the members of the team.
- Conduct training and development programs for sales staff.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand business with existing clients.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

RequiredEducation and Experience
- High school diploma.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous sales experience in business or technology solutions required.
- Proven experience of 3 – 7 years in sales.
Previous management experience preferred.
