We’re hiring an Entrepreneur‑in‑Residence / Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO on the most important initiatives across product, operations, finance, and growth.
This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role for someone who wants to learn how to run a company

What You’ll Do- Own mission‑critical projects. Launch new products, open our first showrooms, improve pricing and margin analytics, and help scale operations nationwide.
- Drive execution. Build workplans, align teams, track metrics, and deliver results with precision and speed.
- Partner with the CEO. Work side‑by‑side on strategy, special projects, hiring, and key decisions.
- Analyze, decide, and act. Build models, dashboards, and business cases that translate directly into operational impact.
- Recruit and lead. Identify top talent, streamline processes, and help shape our next‑generation leadership team.
- Learn to run a company. Rotate through key functions — Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing — and see the inner workings of a business scaling 5‑10×.
- Top performer with 2–6 years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or startup operations.
- Analytical and execution‑driven: you move fluidly between Excel models, Gantt charts, and supplier calls.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: bias toward action, ownership, and creative problem‑solving.
- Polished communicator: clear, concise, and credible with both executives and operators.
- Builder’s energy: comfortable getting your hands dirty; proud to see tangible outcomes.
- Long‑term thinker: interested in entrepreneurship, ETA, or leading a division within a high‑growth business.
- Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 base + 15–20 % performance bonus.
- Exposure: Direct access to the CEO and executive team on high‑leverage projects.
- Trajectory: Path to run a business unit or spin up new ventures within 2 years.
