C. Beasley PLLC is a high-growth criminal defense firm in East Nashville. We have the legal talent, the reputation, and the vision. Now, we need a Director of Operations to take the helm of the business side of the firm.

This is not an administrative assistant or office manager role. This is an executive role. You will report directly to the Owner and serve as the "Integrator" who takes our strategic goals and turns them into executed reality.

Your mission is simple:
We focus on the law; you focus on the business.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operational efficiency of the firm. You will own the financial forecasting, HR processes, technology infrastructure, and vendor relationships. You will identify bottlenecks in our case workflows and build systems to fix them, ensuring we can scale without breaking.

• W-2 Salaried Position: $90,000 – $100,000 Base + Performance Bonuses (DOE).
• Performance Bonuses: Meaningful quarterly bonuses tied directly to firm KPIs
