What will you do:
Research and analyze market trends Leverage in-house and 3rd party research for data discovery, collection, and analysis of relevant market opportunities Engage in data discovery, collection, and analysis for identification of market opportunities Regularly engage customers, partners, industry experts/influencers, and 3rd party analysts for thorough understanding of current and future market dynamics Investigate new applications for existing and new product/service offers Create thorough documented business case analysis and proposals for accelerated above-market growth and the launching of new strategic initiatives Support the strategic vision of Secure Power through executive briefings, competitive analysis, and analytical deep-dives to support Secure Power NAM and NAM leadership teams Conduct regular cadences with offer teams, commercial counterparts, and participate in offer and program launch activities Monitor and benchmark performance vs.
key competitors in the industry Prepare regular business review materials for evaluation of strategic initiative performance Work with extended teams within Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, the NAM organization and global functions to create new market strategies, evaluate operational efficiency, and overall performance For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $- $ per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading strategic projects, working across functional teams, including end-user sales teams, transactional and large project channels and enabling growth plans through organizations. Bachelor's degree in business or related fields, preferably having Master's Degree in Business Administration 5+ years experience working in data center or critical power/cooling infrastructure-related fields in strategic, financial, technical and/or commercial roles Ability to create and interpret business analysis, dexterity with large data sets Familiarity with offer creation process and experienced in creating business cases Collaborative leader able to communicate, partner and motivate cross-functional groups towards mutual success Well-organized self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver output appropriate for executive audiences Strong competencies in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Tableau, Alteryx Let us learn about you!
