Expectations:At a minimum each recruiting coordinator is required to…
Be prepared for daily meetings with the Recruiting Manager and or/Recruiter to discuss goals and the candidate pipeline
Workday – ensure full lifecycle requisition management
Send an updated recruiting tracking report by EOD every Friday
Updating current headcounts and upcoming class numbers in Teams on a regular basis
Hold yourself accountable to the goals set
Attend 2 sales meetings / marketing huddles per week
Regular updates to Referral payouts through attending morning meetings, site newsletters, flyers, etc.
Weekly Social Media Activity to include likes, shares, posts
Pre-hire candidate check in (minimum once a week) with at least one face-to-face meeting before orientation
Timecard approvals must be completed by the close of the pay period bi-weekly
Prioritizing “urgent items” – appropriate turnaround time to all internal/external customers
All vacations must be requested & approved by the immediate supervisor at least two weeks in advance.
In addition to the duties described on the Recruiting Coordinator Job Description, the following establishes metrics by which the Recruiting Coordinator is measured.
Metrics:Overall Weekly Phone Interview and Interview goals
Maintaining above average show rates to interviews
Helping a achieve New Hire Class goals
Arrive to work on time and as scheduled. If you need to be absent or late, you must contact your immediate supervisor by phone or text as soon as possible.
Dress business professional at all times. You are the “face” of Travel+Leisure. This includes your office workspace – please ensure professional decorations and cleanliness of your office/space at all times.
