. The Project Coordinator works in collaboration with the Sales Team, Service Manager, Service Business Manager, Dispatch, and Controls.

- Assist in field projects as needed
- Deliver equipment to jobsite and have equipment organized for technician pick up
- Assist Managers
- Updating parts tracker
- Creating project documentation binders
- Making installation document binder for install team
- Update monthly tool tracker
- Get safety supplies as needed
- Upload PPR/ track parts
- Set up training curriculum with Project Manager and line out approved curriculum
- Project scope management
- Liaison between technicians, subcontractor
- Vehicle maintenance tracking
- Competencies
- Able to coordinate and manage a high work volume supporting (6+) outside sales professionals.
- Able to accurately source parts pricing and required resources.
- Be prepared and actively participate in weekly PAR meetings.
- Promptly address customer concerns along with Operations Team and Account Executives to assure resolution and maintain long-term positive relationships.
- Company Relations
- Build and maintain rapport and positive working relations with field, office and management personnel to resolve problems, exploit opportunities and maximize profits.
- Purchasing
- Coordinate with operations on purchasing decisions and consistently promote MRG products and MRG parts.
- Special Projects
- Provide support for any special projects as assigned by your manager. These special projects, at the determination of your manager, may or may not become part of this position’s primary responsibilities.
