Account Services​/Client Management Director

• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with Care Bridge's services
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams for program services implementation
• Lead resolution of complex client issues and escalations
• Partner with operations, clinical, legal, IT, and finance teams
• Forecast and track key operational and financial metrics
• Develop data-driven presentations and deliver strategic recommendations to clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with managed care organization leadership
• Perform site visits
• Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews
• Serve as a trusted advisor across multiple health plan markets
• Drive growth by expanding existing client solutions
• Support Care Bridge's Decision Support solution through data analytics, financial insights, and executive-level client engagement

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven leadership experience in healthcare or healthcare consulting preferred
• Strong relationship and account management skills
• Significant client-facing experience with executive-level stakeholders
• Consulting experience
• Experience with value-based care
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Experience supporting health plans, managed care organizations, Medicaid and/or Medicare programs, or payer-provider partnerships
• Hands‑on analytical experience and ability to synthesize data into PowerPoint presentations and client‑ready reports
• Ability to present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Ability to use financial and operational data to influence business decisions
• Strategic thinking, problem‑solving, adaptability, and ability to navigate cross‑functional organizations while managing multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word
• Professional presence
• Ability to attend required in-person training sessions and remain within reasonable commuting distance of a posting location unless accommodation is granted
