The Customer Service & Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting customer satisfaction and business operations by managing customer accounts, coordinating logistics, overseeing inventory and spare parts processes, and providing administrative support for technical service activities. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, this position works closely with vendors, warehouse personnel, technicians, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication, efficient order processing, and successful project execution.

In this role you are responsible for:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and support.
• Coordinating logistics, shipments, and vendor communications to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Managing inventory purchasing, stock levels, and spare parts processes to support customer and operational needs.
• Supporting technical service activities by coordinating technician schedules, work orders, and project-related administrative tasks.
• Preparing quotations, order confirmations, invoices, and other customer-facing documentation.
• Tracking and maintaining accurate records related to orders, shipments, expenses, and customer communications.
• Collaborating with internal departments, suppliers, warehouse personnel, and customers to ensure efficient execution of daily operations.
• Identifying and resolving logistical, inventory, and customer service issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.
