Offchain is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Business Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across the company. This role is based in our downtown Nashville office and requires in-office attendance five days per week. Sitting at the intersection of business operations, project management, and execution, this person will own the high-impact, day-to-day operations of our Nashville office. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and equally comfortable creating structure around projects, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, and diving into the details to get things done.

They should bring a strong background in general business operations and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
