The Transformation Initiative Lead is a member of Crowe’s Transformation Office and will have the opportunity to work across the firm on its highest-priority revenue growth, internal efficiency and productivity, technology, operating, and organizational initiatives. This person will partner with initiative owners and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, set ambitious but achievable goals, and turn ideas into measurable and lasting results.
The role offers broad exposure to Crowe’s businesses and leaders and is designed for a practical player-coach who enjoys solving hard problems, helping teams succeed, and building capabilities that strengthen Crowe for the long term.
- Identify opportunities and shape targets:
Work with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities, estimate their financial and operational impact, and agree on clear targets, success measures, scope, and ownership. - Build practical execution plans:
Convert strategic objectives into clear workplans with milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs), resources, dependencies, risks, decisions, and adoption requirements that initiative owners and sponsors can use. - Drive results through implementation:
Maintain momentum through implementation, adoption, and measured impact. Help teams deliver the agreed financial, operational, customer, and people outcomes with pace, quality, and follow-through. - Create early momentum and learning:
Apply 80/20 thinking to identify the actions, decisions, constraints, and risks that drive most of the result. Launch practical pilots, capture quick wins, learn from early results, and scale the strongest approaches. - Connect work across Crowe:
Understand how each initiative affects other work streams, resources, business priorities, and long-term enterprise value. Help leaders sequence work, manage interdependencies, and bring the best of One Crowe to each initiative. - Anticipate risks and help teams solve them:
Maintain a forward view of risks, blockers, dependencies, and decisions that could affect timing, value, or adoption. Raise issues early and work constructively with leaders to resolve them. - Work alongside initiative leaders:
Act as a player-coach when an initiative needs more capacity, analysis, structure, or problem solving. Roll up your sleeves to build analyses, design processes, prepare decisions, resolve data issues, coordinate pilots, or drive defined work streams. - Bring together the right resources:
Identify capability and capacity needs and help secure the people, technology, funding, and expertise required. Coordinate consultants, vendors, and other external resources through clear scopes, deliverables, economics, integration, and knowledge transfer. - Create clarity, accountability, and momentum:
