Commercial Project Manager

COMPANY PROFILE:
This company is a newly established GC in the middle-Tn area. They are building a great reputation and landing repeat clientele. They will thrive via a broad range of commercial clientele and project types in the Mid-Tn market. Their portfolio will focus on including adaptive-Reuse, municipal public works, retail, restaurant, office, etc. and will self perform some aspects of their smaller projects.

They are currently interviewing for a Project Manager that has at least 4-5+ years of commercial project experience as an Estimating PM and has experience with estimating/bidding ground-up construction working for a General Contractor.

• Estimate/Bid and, once project is awarded, manage and control all assigned projects from cradle to grave.
• Estimating/pricing for services and effectively communicating with clients/subs to achieve a winning budget and bid for a successful project award.
• Work with all project parties to resolve conflicts or discrepancies.
• Manage all field operations and safety by working in conjunction with the Superintendent to deliver the client’s project on-time and under-budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, subcontractors, and City/County entities the company depends on to be successful.

• At least 4-5+ years of commercial project experience as an Estimating PM, with experience estimating/bidding ground-up construction for a General Contractor.
