Expected Base Pay - $125,000 - $145,000
Highly Respected General Contractor with a backlog of medical / healthcare / commercial builds in major markets throughout the US is seeking to add a Senior Estimator to its' operations at Headquarters in Nashville, TN.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction estimating, large project management, and cost control. If you have a passion for negotiating contracts, pricing projects, and ensuring accurate estimates, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Heavy Bid, or similar estimating software
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
