We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects within manufacturing, warehouse, and industrial environments in the Nashville market. This is a hands-on field leadership role responsible for driving day-to-day jobsite execution while maintaining safety, schedule, quality, and coordination across all trades. The ideal candidate has strong industrial construction experience and the ability to manage complex site logistics in active work environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and site personnel to maintain schedule and productivity.
  • Enforce all safety programs, site policies, and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Review plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure work is executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Track daily progress, maintain field reports, and communicate updates to project management and ownership.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality control to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and cost impacts.
  • Support project scheduling, sequencing, and short-term planning efforts.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites at all times.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent within manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial construction.
  • Proven experience leading ground-up or large-scale industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and inspections.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms preferred.
