Senior Construction Project Manager; Pre Engineered Metal Building

We are seeking a seasoned
Senior Construction Project Manager
to lead commercial and industrial projects Nationally. Preference given to candidates with
PMB and steel construction experience
. This is a leadership role for someone who can own projects from pre-construction through closeout.

• Manage projects from pre-construction through completion
• Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and change orders
• Manage field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Identify risks and resolve issues proactively
• Conduct site visits and lead progress meetings
• Mentor project managers and field leadership as needed

• 8+ years of construction project management experience
• PMB / steel erection experience strongly preferred
• Commercial or industrial construction background
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and cost control skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
