• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Review and interpret project plans, schematics, and blueprints
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure project success

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making abilities
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
• Familiarity with construction estimating and budgeting
• Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
